New in Beauty// Hair dye, nail varnish and makeup collective haul

There's a Superdrug right round the corner from me, and it's so dangerous! Although I try and resist as much as possible, I have picked up a few new things over the past couple of months. Treat yo' self and all that, right?

Barry M Quick dry nail paint in Pit Stop// This greige/ nude colour is way more sophisticated than the colours I usually go for, but I think it's nice to have a change. Not a fan of the super shiny finish, and it's a bit weird to apply. I want to try this with a mattifying top coat, as I think that will make it look a lot nicer. (£4)

Barry M Nail Paint in Diamond Glitter// This one is a replacement for my ride or dye silver glitter that ran out in Japan. Apart from the silver glitter, it also has rainbow holographic glitter in it too, result! It's perfect. (£3)

NYX Jumbo eye pencil in Cottage Cheese// This is quite a cute silvery white, but unfortunately it doesn't show up much on my waterline that much. I've found it creases a lot during the day if I put it in the inner corner. Also a pain is the fact you need a bigger sharpener than usual. I think I might be being a little too harsh on this because I preferred the Majolica Majorca eyeliner or the Kate one I had last year. This one is ok, but not for what I was looking for- I think it might be nicer on the lids rather than in the waterline. Also annoying is that it's too thick for even my double ended eyeliner sharpener, so I think you can only use the nyx one to sharpen it, which is a pain.

Rimmel Soft Kohl eyeliner pencil in pure white// I bought this one because I was annoyed with the nyx one, basically, It doesn't have any glitter in it, (and after Japan I definitely prefer a shimmery one) but it's a good long lasting eyeliner, and at £3 it's not too expensive either.

Soap and Glory One Heck of a Blot Translucent powder// I've heard lots of good things about this powder, so I bought this for when my Revlon one runs out. Hope it's pale enough, because at £12 it's a little on the pricier side.

Colour Freedom Misty Grey hair dye//  I bought this in the hopes that it would make my hair go a darker grey, and the result was gorgeous, but it wasn't that different to what I achieved with just silver shampoo. I wrote a full review on this a few weeks ago.

Colour Freedom White blonde toner// I wanted to try out some more hair products and silver toners, so I bought this one, the Wella T18 toner (plus 20 vol developer), and the Lee Stafford bleach blondes Silver Shampoo. First impressions: The Wella toner is the tiniest bottle ever! Which I should have realised, and it is a professional product so it would be a little pricier. Also, the font/ random capitals on the Shampoo annoys me a little/ makes me think of year 8 when writing like that was ThE cOoLeSt ThInG EvEr. Ugh. It's supposed to be a good shampoo though.
I'll report back once I've tried them all :).

Directions Carnation Pink// This is my go-to  pink hair dye. Even though I dilute it with conditioner quite a lot, I managed to get through a whole tub of this last year in Japan! If you dilute it like I do, one pot lasts for ages, and it always fades out pretty nicely from pastel. Having said that, when I used it undiluted on my ends a few years though it stained something fierce, so be careful if your hair is really over processed. I bought this from Amazon for only £2 which is suuch a good price, I usually see it for around £4 or £5. I'm so torn between pastel pink hair and silver hair at the moment guys... And as soon as I dye it one colour, I'm looking back at the other like 'but that one suits me so much better'.. Thankfully, they're pretty easy to switch between :)

Etude House Pomegranate sheet masks// I bought these in duty free on the way home but I never mentioned it, so I thought I'd mention it now- I really liked this mask when I bought in my Korean beauty haul a while back, so I bought a pack of 10, I think it was like 1700 yen which is pretty cheap. If you've never tried sheet masks, I'd recommend you try them! You can get them online from places like Yesstyle for a fairly reasonable price. It really feels like you're pampering yourself, if that makes sense.

Batiste Tropical dry shampoo// This is a super basic purchase, but everyone needs dry shampoo, you know? A little dry shampoo is a life saver for me as I can't wash my super processed hair every day for fear of damaging it.

Thanks for reading! Have you guys got any new beauty items recently?
