Last night in Osaka: where I stayed

Osaka skyline
The last night in Japan was an emotional one for me for sure. I was travelling back halfway across the world on my own, and I was really sad to be leaving Japan. But excited to be home, too. It was weird. Anyway, I was taking the plane from Kansai Intl. airport early in the morning (like 9am) so I wanted the lowest- stress way of getting there, by myself, on time, carrying 2 heavy suitcases. My uni was hours away from KIX, so I decided the least stress option for me would be to get an airbnb close to one of the stops on the Haruka airport express.
The airbnb I ended up going for was perfect! It was 5 minutes from Shin Osaka, so I didn't have to drag my cases too far, and the host was lovely. Another thing I really liked was how cutely it was decorated- I was feeling pretty lonely at the time so getting so stay somewhere that was so homely was perfect. It was quite small and really cosy, and best of all, there was a bath so I could have a cheeky Lush pamper before I went home.

That's Shin Osaka station- it really was super close.

I was happy I could have such a typically 'Japanese city' view out of the window. On my last evening in Osaka, I went into town and just walked round Shinsaibashi, Dotombori and Amemura, so stay tuned for that :)

And if you're looking for somewhere to stay near Shin Osaka, check out the listing on airbnb ^^
